The push-up effect is achieved through special inserts that add volume to the chest and form a beautiful décolleté area. Inserts can be built-in or removable. Inserts also come in foam rubber or with various types of fillers (air, oil, silicone, gel).

Basic rules when choosing a push-up bra:

• the bra should be made of fabrics that allow air to pass through, so as not to create a “sauna effect”. We advise you to choose comfortable bras made from modern materials such as microfiber, and leave delicate lace models for a special occasion;

• straps should not dig into the shoulders;

• the bra belt should be parallel to the floor, without riding up on the back;

• to give the breasts a seductive shape, the model must be correctly selected in size. The cup should not put pressure on the chest, but should not be loose either;

• if you like tight-fitting clothes, a bra with a seamless cup or minimal seams is an excellent option;

• remember that this type of bra is not recommended to be worn every day
